Renewal Of Licenses
Once licensure is approved, an initial fee will be required. The amount of the fee will depend on the placement of the license within the staggered biennial renewal cycle. The initial fee will cover from half a year to two years.
All licensees expire December 31st of every other year. All odd-numbered licenses need to be renewed by December 31st of each odd-numbered year. All even-numbered licenses need to be renewed by December 31st of each even-numbered year.
Licensees are responsible for the renewal of their licenses and for keeping the board apprised of any changes of addresses. The board will mail a postcard reminder regarding renewal statements to addresses on file.
