The Board may go into closed session during the meeting to discuss licensing and disciplinary matters as permitted by the Open Meetings Act.
The deadline for amendments to the Agenda will be ninety-six (96) hours prior to the meeting.
Request for Proposals (RFP) Announcement: Professional Engineer Investigator
The New Mexico Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Professional Surveyors is currently seeking proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of a Professional Engineer Investigator to investigate complaint cases against licensed professional engineers and those individuals practicing without a license.
