The Professional Engineers and Professional Surveyors Full Board will convene at 9:00 a.m. - Meeting Agenda

The Board may go into closed session during the meeting to discuss licensing and disciplinary matters as permitted by the Open Meetings Act.

The deadline for amendments to the Agenda will be ninety-six (96) hours prior to the meeting.

Request for Proposals (RFP) Announcement: Professional Engineer Investigator

The New Mexico Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Professional Surveyors is currently seeking proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of a Professional Engineer Investigator to investigate complaint cases against licensed professional engineers and those individuals practicing without a license.

If you recently renewed your license, please be sure to check its status. If the status is incorrect please contact our Board office so we may correct it.

NEW PE Advisory - Use of Standard Detail Drawings

A recently approved professional engineering advisory regarding the use of standard detail drawings is now available via the Board's Policy Advisory page.

Effective June 14, 2013 - The following are required to be in the Board office no later than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the next scheduled Committee meeting: ALL applications, letters of request to re-take the PE Exam, and ALL supporting documentation.

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS, ALL DOCUMENTS PERTAINING TO THE APPLICATION AND/OR RETAKE OF THE PE EXAM MUST be received on the application deadline indicated below, by no later than 5 pm, not postmarked. Emails and faxes are not acceptable.
