For further information, visit the NCEES website or follow this link: http://cbt.ncees.org/. Notice Regarding the Penalty Fee Grace Period (NMSA 61-23-20. F.)Effective January 1, 2012 there is no penalty fee grace period. Once your license has expired on December 31st, you must submit your penalty renewal form along with the renewal fee and penalty renewal fee. We will have the penalty renewal form uploaded for your use. This is pursuant to the NM Engineering and Surveying Practice Act (2012), which will be posted within the next 3 weeks. June 13-14, 2013 Meetings of the Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Professional SurveyorsLOCATION: The meetings will be held at the Board Office, 2550 Cerrillos Road, Hearing Room 1, Santa Fe, NM DATE AND TIME: June 13, 2013 June 14, 2013 If you are an individual with a disability who is in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid or service to attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact the Board Administrator at (505) 476-4628 one week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible. Public documents including the agenda and minutes can be provided in various accessible formats. Please contact Eva Baca, Acting Executive Director, if a summary or other type of accessible format is needed. The Board may go into closed session during the meeting to discuss licensing and disciplinary matters as permitted by the Open Meetings Act. The deadline for amendments to the Agenda will be twenty-four (24) hours prior to meeting. Effective January 12, 2012 - ALL applications, including supporting documentation, and letters of request to re-take the PE Exam are required to be in the Board office no later than thirty (30) days prior to the next scheduled Committee meeting.
